AGREEMENT TO LEGAL TERMS
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Roha Wellness, doing business as Roha ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of rohawellness.com and our health coaching services. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. OUR SERVICES
Roha Wellness provides virtual holistic health coaching services, including functional lab testing education, personalized wellness protocols, and related educational content. All sessions are conducted virtually via secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on rohawellness.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and downloadable materials, is the property of Roha Wellness and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using our services, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; (c) the information you provide is accurate and complete; (d) you will not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept payment via major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe via Practice Better. All prices are listed in US dollars. By purchasing a service, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount at the time of purchase.
5. REFUND POLICY
Due to the personalized nature of our health coaching services, all sales are final. No refunds are offered once a session has been booked or a coaching package has been purchased. If you have concerns about your services, please contact us at hello@rohawellness.com and we will work to address them.
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to: (a) use our services or website to advertise or sell goods or services to others; (b) transfer, sell, or assign your coaching package or profile to another individual — all coaching relationships are personal and non-transferable; (c) use our content for commercial purposes without written permission; (d) engage in any unlawful activity in connection with our services.
7. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
The information provided through Roha Wellness is for educational purposes only. Sanskriti Adigal and Roha Wellness are not licensed medical professionals. Our services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician before making changes to your health regimen, diet, supplement routine, or lifestyle, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have an existing medical condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website contains links to third-party websites including EquiLife, Fullscript, and others. These links are provided for your convenience. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roha Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Roha Wellness and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises between you and Roha Wellness, we ask that you first contact us at hello@rohawellness.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California. The arbitration shall be conducted in the United States under applicable arbitration rules. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
13. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
